Pastor Gerald J Mitchell is an inspirational leader serving as the Founder and Senior Pastor of Purpose Center, located in Dallas, TX. Pastor Mitchell has dedicated his life to the practical and spiritual development of the many men, women, and youth in his community. His passion for praise, worship, and God's Word has set him on a path to reach believers and unbelievers across the nation. 

Pastor Mitchell was born in Dallas, TX to Tammy Mitchell Johnson, who raised him with the help of his grandparents, Pastor James E. Mitchell and First Lady Bobbie Mitchell. 

On February 22, 2020, Pastor Mitchell became the proud husband of Lady Brittney Mitchell, who serves faithfully along his side in ministry. “Lady B” as she is affectionately known, carries the passion to bridge the gap between current and future generations. Pastor and Lady Mitchell have been blessed with a son, James Mitchell and daughters, Journee & Jordyn Mitchell.
